The Brief
The objective was to deconstruct fragmented enterprise silos and reconstruct a unified platform for leave, payroll, and attendance management.
Large-scale enterprises often struggle with "data ghosts"—discrepancies between HR attendance records and payroll systems. We were tasked with building a source of truth that could handle thousands of concurrent requests while maintaining a surgical level of precision in reporting.

System Architecture
The HRMS & CRM platform uses an enterprise-scale unified UI pattern in React Native, routing diverse data streams into a single dashboard. An API Gateway securely routes incoming requests to decoupled microservices (HR, CRM, Payroll), preventing heavy sales data queries from slowing down critical payroll processes. The entire backend consolidates into a massive Supabase data lake, providing powerful Row-Level Security (RLS) to enforce strict corporate data segregation policies.
